My second project. The brief was to find a real estate ad - a home in need for renovation, and highlight its potential through visualizations. The focus was to furnish and use suitable materials, based on exsisting architecture and a potential target group.
We were assigned to create two different visualizations from two different rooms, using photos and floorplans from the ad. I chose to work with a combined dining -/ living room and a bedroom. I wanted to preserve the essence of the house and keep the wooden floors and use the same kind of windows. As a target group I wanted to focus on the couple who have just bought their very first house. A place to create a home and start a family. I chose to go with a modern vibe, with colors of grey and green mixed with wooden materials.
